FeastFlows: The agency I founded for restaurants' digital transformation
FeastFlows is the agency I founded to support restaurants in their digital transformation. The starting point: a restaurant's biggest problem isn't finding new customers, it's bringing back the ones who came once. With a WhatsApp-based loyalty system, automated win-back campaigns for lapsed customers, a QR menu, and a website, I build restaurants not just a digital storefront but a system that returns customers every month. Live now and still growing.
How it works
The problem it solves
For most restaurants the real problem isn't finding new customers; it's that the ones who come don't come back. People eat once, enjoy it, and forget; the owner has no way to measure that or win that customer back. During my courier days I saw dozens of restaurants' kitchens, tills, and customer flow from the inside. I built FeastFlows to fill exactly that gap.
The WhatsApp loyalty system
Its heart is a digital stamp card that runs on WhatsApp. The customer scans the QR at the table and joins from WhatsApp, with no app to install and no form to fill. The cashier gives a stamp with one tap per visit (a minute to learn). Once enough stamps add up, the reward goes out automatically; and when a customer hasn't shown up in a while, the system sends a reminder campaign on its own. So a customer who came once comes back, without anyone chasing them.
Not just loyalty, a complete system
Around loyalty I bundle everything a restaurant needs digitally: a fast, mobile-first website; a QR menu that doubles as the entry point to the loyalty system; social media growth, content production, and ad management; and one-on-one consulting when needed. But every item is tested against a single question: 'does this bring the restaurant extra customers?' The goal isn't to sell a cheap QR menu, but to build a system that brings in customers for the same money.
How I built it
I build and run the whole system myself: the web and dashboard on Next.js + Supabase, messaging on Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API, and monthly customer reports generated automatically with Claude (concrete metrics like new customers, returns, and campaign open rates). I share the process openly on Instagram as 'build-in-public,' documenting each step.
Where everything comes together
Once, as a bicycle courier, I carried orders to restaurants; today I build the system that carries customers to those same restaurants. But FeastFlows isn't a fresh start. The copywriting and ads I learned in e-commerce, the accounts I grew on social media, the first code I ever wrote, the first backend and automations I built, the full-stack system I built end to end at Asil, the AI videos I produced, the dozens of restaurants I saw from the inside during my courier days... everything I've learned, done, and seen until now comes together in this one project. And that's exactly what keeps it standing: not a single skill, but all of them combined. I started it, and I'll grow it. FeastFlows is only just getting started.
