How it started
My first step into AI video was producing UGC-style ad videos for apps: short promos that feel like a real user trying the app, introduce it, and nudge people to install. I made them with AI tools, without an expensive production crew.
Who for
I produced these ads for apps like Prototipal and Mixy. By recreating the same concept in different languages, I adapted each video to its target country and audience.
Outcome
The ad videos I produced ran in countries including Spain, the US, and Turkey. This work showed I could save mid-budget businesses thousands of dollars in production costs.
What came next
I blended everything I learned from this ad work into a pipeline: the Kling 3.0 UGC system, which turns a short brief into Kling 3.0-ready UGC storyboards. There's a separate write-up for it.
